WHAT’S NEW AT GREEN CRUNCH?
VEGDOG Green Crunch is a wholesome complete food for full-grown adult dogs with a perfect balance of plant-based nutrients.
Lentils and peas, amongst other ingredients, provide the healthy balance of essential proteins. They have an amino acid profile which is ideal for dogs and therefore great for strengthening muscles. Added algae oil contains the essential Omega-3 and-6 fatty acids and contribute to a soft coat and healthy skin – perfect if you enjoy long cuddles with your loyal companion – so it’s a real super-ingredient!
In addition, our GREEN CRUNCH dry food contains an adapted mineral powder, which provides more essential nutrients, such as vitamin B-12, Taurine and L-carnitine. The new addition of healthy vitamin-packed fruit and vegetables – like pumpkin, carrots and blueberries, provide even more important nutrients.
The basic recipe of GREEN CRUNCH has remained the same and still has the same great taste. All our ingredients have been carefully selected to result in a totally hypoallergenic formulation. During the development of our product we have realised that helping your dog’s digestion is of major importance. A dog that suffers with food intolerances can happily eat our new hypoallergenic ingredients!
Pumpkin is rich in nutrients and fibre and contains large amounts of vitamins A, C and E. It’s outstanding potassium content (approximately 300mg in 100g pumpkin) can have a positive impact on the heart and the cardiovascular system. Due to its low sodium content, pumpkin has a diuretic effect, stimulating and supporting the detoxification process.
Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants and have a high fibre content, which is beneficial to the digestive system. They also contain minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium and potassium, as well as high levels of vitamins B and E.
VEGDOG GREEN CRUNCH is not suitable for puppies and nursing bitches, as they have greater energy and nutrient requirements
VEGDOG is free from colourants, flavourants, fillers and preservatives and is of course cruelty free and not tested on animals (except our own healthy dogs!)
SIZE
We have reviewed the form and size of our food. The individual pellets are now a little smaller and flatter, so that smaller dogs too can enjoy this food to their hearts’ content.

The transition to VEGDOG should happen over a period of two weeks. You should gradually reduce the amount of your usual dog food and replace the amount slowly with the VEGDOG food.
